Waiter/Waitress at a Beach Resort in Malindi, Kenya

We are hiring for the position of Waiter/Waitress at our beach resort in Malindi, Kenya. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Present menus and take orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Answer any questions or concerns guests may have about the menu or their meal
- Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and in a timely manner
- Process payment transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have legal authorization to work in Kenya
