A successful barber in Oslo, Norway is needed to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in men's haircuts, beard grooming and styling. As a barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various haircuts and beard grooming services according to clients' preferences
- Provide consultations and recommendations on hairstyles and grooming techniques
- Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times
- Ensure proper handling of tools and equipment
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Promote products and services offered by the salon to increase sales

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a barber in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of men's haircuts, beard grooming techniques, and current trends
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
- Must be able to work with diverse clientele including women, men, children, and individuals from different cultural backgrounds
- Must have a valid barbering license in Norway or willingness to obtain one
- Must be fluent in English (ability to speak Norwegian is an asset)
