Instrument Technician


We are hiring an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments and control systems used in industrial settings.

Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and maintain instruments and control systems
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on instruments and control systems
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Conduct tests to ensure accurate functioning of instruments
- Document all work performed in detailed reports
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant technical degree or certification preferred
- Previous experience as an Instrument Technician is a plus but not required
- Must have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes
- Strong knowledge of electrical principles and instrumentation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
