Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Teamlead or Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with different individuals at all levels
- Experience working in an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated
- Knowledge of performance evaluation methods and conflict resolution techniques
- Fluency in English (Danish language skills are an advantage)
- Must have accommodation in Vejle or be willing to relocate
