Teamlead for Software Development

As a Teamlead for Software Development in Vejle, Denmark, you will be responsible for leading a team of software developers to successfully deliver high-quality software products. Your primary role will be to manage the team's workload, monitor progress, and ensure that deadlines are met. You will also collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to define project requirements and scope, and provide technical guidance and support to your team members.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. You must have previous experience in a leadership or management position, demonstrating your ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate team members. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be regularly communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of software developers and oversee their daily activities
- Establish project goals, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and scope
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to team members
- Review code for quality assurance purposes
- Identify areas for process improvement within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
- Proven experience in a leadership or management position
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (Danish is a plus)
