Indian Construction Manager in Sheduva


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Sheduva. As an Indian Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your main goal will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Determine project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Manage and supervise construction teams on site
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Provide regular updates to management on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Willingness to relocate to Sheduva and work on-site
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1400$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.
