Architectural Technologist - Karachi, Pakistan

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural technology and must have their own visa to work in Pakistan.

Responsibilities:
- Use specialized software to create detailed architectural drawings
- Work closely with architects and designers to develop plans and designs
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for projects
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architectural technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural technology
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must have own visa to work in Pakistan

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
