Entry-level Finisher in Svalbard


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-level Finisher in Svalbard. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final stages of production, ensuring that all products meet our high quality standards. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1800.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sand, buff, and polish finished products to remove imperfections
- Apply paint or coatings to achieve desired finish
- Use hand and power tools to shape and smooth materials
- Inspect finished products for any defects and make necessary repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required, but an interest in woodworking or manufacturing is preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Ability to work well in a team environment
