Merchandiser - Retail Sales Representative


As a Merchandiser - Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers in retail stores. Your main goal will be to increase product visibility and sales by effectively merchandising and showcasing products in stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores regularly to ensure proper product placement and presentation
- Create eye-catching displays and promotional materials to attract customers' attention
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to ensure adequate stock levels
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competition's activities
- Collect and report on customer feedback, product performance, and market insights

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive attitude with a customer-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of inventory management principles
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Salary: $1100 per month (with potential for commission based on sales performance)

Location: Oslo, Norway
