Waiter/Waitress

We are a busy restaurant in La Condamine looking for a professional and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and present menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
