We are in need of an experienced and skilled Industrial Architect to join our team on a contract basis. As a Contract Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial spaces such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. You must have previous experience in the field and possess a strong understanding of industrial construction processes.

Your main duties will include creating detailed blueprints and 3D models, conducting site visits to assess project feasibility, and collaborating with clients to ensure their needs are met. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with contractors and other team members. A strong attention to detail is essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect and hold a degree in Architecture or a related field. You must also be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month. Accommodation will not be provided but we offer free visa sponsorship and ticket for the right candidate.
