Job Title: Part-Time Construction Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Faro. This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month. As our Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and supervising the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement construction plans and schedules
- Oversee all aspects of project budgeting and cost control
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site
- Manage project timelines and make adjustments as necessary
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
