Job Title: IT Manager - Aarhus, Denmark


As an IT Manager at our company in Aarhus, Denmark, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our information technology operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining technology systems, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's overall goals
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and software systems
- Ensure the security and integrity of all data and information systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to current systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions
- Create and manage IT budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Provide technical support to employees as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and hardware/software systems
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
