Indian Mechanic (Contract)
City: Mombasa, Kenya


We are seeking a skilled Indian mechanic to join our team in Mombasa on a contract basis. As a mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicles and equipment. Your main duties will include conducting inspections, identifying issues, and performing necessary repairs. You should have experience working with both diesel and petrol engines, as well as knowledge of electrical systems.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic
- Experience working with both diesel and petrol engines
- Knowledge of electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Good communication skills in English (basic understanding is acceptable)
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment
- Diagnose issues through visual inspection, computer diagnostic tools, and customer reports
- Perform necessary repairs on diesel and petrol engines, brakes, suspension systems, electrical systems, etc.
- Communicate with customers to explain issues and repairs needed
- Keep accurate records of all repairs made
- Follow all safety procedures while working

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
