Part-Time Office Manager

We are seeking a Part-Time Office Manager to join our team in Braga. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with various projects as needed. Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and organizing paperwork
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Assisting with special projects as needed
- Managing office budget and expenses
- Ensuring a clean and organized workspace for employees

Requirements:
- Biometric passport preferred
- Fluent in English (Portuguese language skills a plus)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: 1100$ per month (based on part-time hours)

Location: Braga, Portugal (Preference for local candidates)
