Administrative Assistant in Faro, Portugal
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our office by handling various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, organizing files, and managing schedules. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls to relevant staff
- Take messages and relay them in a timely manner
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain an organized and clean office environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1300$ per month
