Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Dar Kulaib. Your main duties will include planning, organizing, and coordinating various construction activities to ensure timely completion and within budget. You must have experience in the construction industry and excellent organizational skills to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and timelines
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Communicate progress updates to stakeholders regularly
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns or delays
- Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and contract management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Preferred:
- Experience working on construction projects in Dar Kulaib
- Previous experience managing contract jobs
