As an online consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and guidance to clients from various backgrounds and nationalities, including Africans and Nepalis. Your primary focus will be to assist clients with their inquiries and provide solutions to their problems through online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual support and assistance to clients through online channels such as chat, email, and video conferencing.
- Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions or recommendations.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while communicating with clients.
- Keep track of client interactions and maintain accurate records of all communications.
- Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to resolve complex client issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide the best possible services to clients.

Requirements:
- Native-level proficiency in English is a must.
- Previous experience in a customer service or consulting role is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
