We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in the most visually appealing and effective way possible. Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all products are displayed according to company standards and guidelines
- Create visually appealing displays that attract customers and increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of products
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and implement promotions and special events
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with store managers to optimize product placement and improve store layout
- Train new employees on merchandising techniques and company policies

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or sales required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual standards consistently
- Basic understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in English (Hebrew is a plus)

Salary: $1100 per month
