Job Title: Solar Installer Technician


We are hiring a Solar Installer Technician to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Solar Installer Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels and related equipment for residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available for non-EU employees.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels according to design specifications
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal placement of equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on solar systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with solar panel systems
- Keep accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a solar installer or in a related field preferred
- Knowledge of electrical systems and principles
- Ability to read technical diagrams and instructions
- Physically fit and able to work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
- Fluent in English (Pakistani nationality preferred)

Compensation:
This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month, with potential for growth within the company.
