Our luxury hotel in Nizwa is seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by assisting with their needs and inquiries. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English, have no prior experience, but possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work without accommodation and must have a free visa and ticket. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Book reservations for guests at restaurants, spa, or other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain knowledge of current events, festivals, and activities in the area
- Keep the lobby area clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- Indian national with fluent English proficiency
- No prior experience required but must possess excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work without accommodation
- Must have a free visa and ticket to Oman
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
