Part-time Commercial Architect


We are searching for a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Multan. This is a part-time position that offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work on various commercial projects. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is following design plans and make any necessary adjustments
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in commercial architecture
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Ensure all building codes and regulations are followed in the design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience working as an architect
- Proficient in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Biometric passport for easy travel between countries is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Multan, Pakistan. However, remote work options may be available depending on project requirements.
