Commercial Architect (Contract)
Location: Multan, Pakistan



We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team on a contract basis in Multan, Pakistan. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented correctly
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Pakistan
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and team members
Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
