Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Architecture Manager to join our team in Multan. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage architectural projects from beginning to end
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Work closely with contractors and other team members to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
- Review drawings, plans, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects is preferred

Salary: 1500$ per month
