Job Title: Senior Architecture Manager


We are a leading architecture firm in Multan and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architecture Manager to join our team. As the Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Oversee the design process, ensuring that all designs meet client requirements, building codes, and standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in building codes
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on complex architectural issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years experience in architecture with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building materials, construction methods, and building codes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, contractors, etc.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position. We also provide visa sponsorship for candidates from all nationalities.

Location:
This position is based in Multan but may require occasional travel to project sites or client meetings.
