Entry Level Baker


We are in search of a skilled and passionate Entry Level Baker to join our team at our bakery in Lahore. As an Entry Level Baker, you will assist with the preparation and baking of various breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in the baking industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients for baked goods
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency in product quality
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure proper cooking
- Decorate and finish baked goods as per the bakery's standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferably in culinary arts)
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required (training will be provided)
- Passion for baking and desire to learn new techniques
- Basic knowledge of ingredients, measurements, and baking methods
- Ability to work early morning shifts (bakers typically start work before dawn)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (bags of flour, etc.)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
