DevOps Developer - Braga, Portugal


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Developer to join our dynamic team in Braga, Portugal. As a DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of our software infrastructure. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure efficient and streamlined processes for continuous integration and delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable software infrastructure
- Implement automation tools for deployment and monitoring of applications
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features into the software infrastructure
- Continuously improve processes through automation and optimization
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in DevOps methodologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a DevOps Developer or related role
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems administration
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet or similar
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker)
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.

This position is located in Braga, Portugal. Relocation assistance may be provided.
