Job Title: Office Assistant
Description: The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office team in Monte-Carlo. This role requires a highly organized and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Greeting visitors and providing them with necessary information
- Managing the office calendar and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Filing and organizing documents
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Performing general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of French is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Salary: 1500$ per month
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
