Concierge - Luxury Hotel


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our luxury hotel in Monte-Carlo. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with all of their needs during their stay. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month, including accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the city to make personalized recommendations for guests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in hospitality management is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concierge in a luxury hotel setting
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
