Team Lead - Fonvieille, Monaco



We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Team Lead to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to achieve project goals and deliver results in a timely manner. Your primary role will be to oversee and guide the team, ensuring that they are meeting performance targets and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals to successfully complete projects within budget and timelines
- Provide direction and guidance to team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Identify training needs for team members and coordinate necessary training sessions
- Collaborate with other teams or departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions as needed
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and relevant technologies to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English (knowledge of French is a plus)
- Proven ability to lead a diverse team towards achieving common goals
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
