Team Lead - Fonvieille, Monaco



We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our fast-growing team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to achieve company goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and delegate tasks to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members
- Identify training needs and provide guidance for professional development
- Develop strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions
- Handle any escalated issues or complaints from clients or team members
- Create reports on team performance, progress, and achievements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have a biometric passport
- Preference for male candidates

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Fonvieille, Monaco. Accommodation will not be provided.
