Part-Time Construction Manager
As a part-time Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Herning. Your primary role will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to plan and execute construction projects from start to finish. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month and does not include accommodation. We also provide a free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.
To excel in this role, you must have a thorough understanding of construction processes and techniques, as well as excellent project management skills. You should be able to read and interpret blueprints, manage budgets and schedules effectively, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders involved in the project. Experience in construction management is preferred but not required.
This is a part-time position that requires approximately 20-25 hours of work per week. Flexibility in working hours is necessary as some tasks may need to be completed outside of regular business hours. This role would be ideal for someone looking for supplemental income or who has other commitments during regular working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members throughout the project
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct quality control inspections on site
- Handle any issues or delays that arise during construction
- Make decisions regarding materials used, subcontractors hired, etc.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of project progress
- Provide regular updates to clients on project status
- Ensure that all projects are completed within budget and to the satisfaction of our clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and other technical drawings
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
- Leadership skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively
