Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage construction projects in the city of Herning. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage project resources, including materials and labor
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any issues or concerns
- Prepare regular reports on project status for upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
