Excavator Operator

We are in need of an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to dig, move, and load materials. Your main duties will include inspecting equipment, performing maintenance checks, and following safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, load materials, and clear debris
- Inspect equipment before and after each shift for any damages or malfunctions
- Perform maintenance checks and report any issues to the supervisor
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating machinery
- Communicate with ground crew to ensure safe movement of materials
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Complete daily logs and reports as required

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of excavator controls and functions
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Salary:
$1200 per month
