Restaurant Manager (Contract)
Location: Faroe Islands
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Faroe Islands. This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the overall success of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and finances
- Train and develop staff to ensure high-quality service and performance
- Create schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Oversee daily operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain proper inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Monitor sales and financial reports to track profitability
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry
