Restaurant Manager - Faroe Islands
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in the scenic Faroe Islands. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our dining establishment, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining financial records. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with financial management and budgeting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food sanitation regulations
Responsibilities:
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff members to ensure high-quality service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Maintain financial records, including sales reports, payroll, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
Salary:
