Part-Time Industrial Architect

Responsibilities:
- Create designs for industrial buildings that meet client needs and comply with building codes
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other team members to develop project plans
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Prepare detailed drawings using computer-aided design software
- Review project plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members throughout the project process
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong design skills with an eye for detail
- Experience working on industrial projects preferred
