Teamlead for Manufacturing Company in Kolding, Denmark


We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Teamlead for our manufacturing company located in Kolding, Denmark. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production team and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of production workers to ensure daily targets are met
- Train and mentor new team members on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Monitor productivity and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency
- Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate production schedules
- Enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards of production
- Report any issues or concerns to upper management and provide solutions for improvement
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a manufacturing setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and provide constructive feedback
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Must be able to work well independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

This position is located in Kolding, Denmark.
