We are in search of a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team in Split, Croatia. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting surfaces on industrial structures such as buildings, bridges, and machinery. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial painting techniques and a strong understanding of paint types and application methods. This position offers a salary of 1500$ per month with free visa and ticket provided. Canadian nationality is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Select appropriate paint type and color for each project
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers or spray guns
- Ensure smooth finishes without drips or streaks
- Inspect finished work for quality assurance
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in industrial painting preferred but not required
- Ability to work with various tools and equipment
- Knowledge of different types of paint and their application methods
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and carrying heavy equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
