Online Consultant

As an online consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels. Your main goal will be to assist clients with their inquiries, resolve any issues or concerns, and provide product knowledge and recommendations. This role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming client inquiries through email, chat, or phone calls
- Provide accurate and helpful information about products and services
- Troubleshoot any technical or account-related issues
- Process orders and payments
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication platforms

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania
