Job Title: Technical Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to our customers, troubleshooting issues with computer systems and software. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and troubleshoot complex problems
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware components, and software applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certifications such as A+ or Network+
- Experience supporting remote users
- Fluency in Portuguese

Salary:
1100$ per month
