A construction company in Herning is seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and setting up the molds that will shape concrete into various structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the size, shape, and placement of concrete forms
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using ruler, pencil, chalk, or marking gauge
- Cut materials to specified sizes using handsaws, power saws, or woodworking machinery
- Assemble and fasten materials together to form permanent or temporary structures
- Install various types of formwork systems including wood, metal, and plastic forms
- Pour and spread concrete into forms using hand tools and power equipment
- Smooth out surfaces of poured concrete using hand or power tools
- Remove forms after concrete has dried and ensure proper curing process

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker in the construction industry is required
- Proven ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong knowledge of different formwork systems and their applications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in challenging environments
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team
