Concrete Worker

As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for the construction, installation, and maintenance of concrete structures. Your duties may include pouring and smoothing concrete, setting forms or molds for concrete, and finishing surfaces by hand or with specialized tools. You will also be expected to operate equipment such as mixers, saws, and drills to complete projects efficiently.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of concrete characteristics and possess the physical stamina to work in various weather conditions. Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our company.

Key Requirements:
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Knowledge of mixing ratios and concrete types
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Physical fitness to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements

Responsibilities:
- Prepare work site by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to project specifications
- Mix concrete ingredients following correct ratios for desired strength and consistency
- Pour concrete into designated areas using buckets or pumps
- Smooth surfaces with trowels or other finishing tools
- Create joints or edges as needed for structural stability
- Monitor curing process to ensure proper drying time
- Clean work area once project is completed
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

We are offering a competitive salary of $900 per week with potential for growth within the company. This position is located in Herning but may require travel within the surrounding areas. We do not provide accommodations but can assist with finding suitable housing options.
