Moderator for Online Community in Odense, Denmark



We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Moderator to join our growing online community in Odense, Denmark. As a Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our online community remains a positive and engaging space for our members.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on our online community platform
- Enforce community guidelines and ensure that all members adhere to them
- Respond to member inquiries and provide support as needed
- Identify and address any issues or conflicts within the community
- Foster a sense of community by facilitating discussions and encouraging member participation
- Collaborate with other moderators to plan and execute events or initiatives for the community
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and make suggestions for improving the overall user experience

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year experience moderating an online community or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Familiarity with various moderation tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Fluency in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Passion for building communities and connecting with others

Salary:

This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, with the opportunity for growth within the company. Accommodation will also be provided.

Location:

This position is based in Odense, Denmark. However, due to the nature of the role, some work can be done remotely.
