Office Assistant - Odense, Denmark
As an Office Assistant in our busy office in Odense, Denmark, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. This is a full-time position, with a salary of 1000$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory levels are stocked
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoice processing
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Fluent in Danish; proficiency in English is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is an asset
