We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our team in Osijek, Croatia. As an adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims and negotiating settlements with policyholders. This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims, including reviewing policy coverage, inspecting damaged property, and interviewing involved parties
- Analyze evidence and documentation to determine the validity of claims and potential settlement amounts
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders in a professional and empathetic manner
- Communicate regularly with insurance companies, legal representatives, and other parties involved in the claims process
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all claim activities
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices for handling claims

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No English language skills required
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in insurance or customer service preferred but not required
- Must be able to provide own accommodation in Osijek during the duration of the contract
