Fitter - Full-Time Position in Vilnius


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Fitter for a full-time position in Vilnius. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and other specifications. You will work with a variety of tools and techniques to ensure that the equipment is installed correctly and performing efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine the layout of machinery
- Measure, cut, bend and fit piping systems according to specifications
- Assemble and install machinery components such as bearings, motors, pumps, belts, gears, etc.
- Align machinery using hand tools or laser alignment equipment
- Test the performance of installed equipment and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Maintain accurate records of work performed for future reference

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification in fitting preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fitter in an industrial setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of various tools and techniques used in fitting
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to machinery installation

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is located in Vilnius. Candidates must have their own visa and be eligible to work without accommodation.
