We are a publishing company based in Bergen seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have previous typesetting experience and be able to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize typesetting software to format text, images, and other elements for print or digital publications
- Ensure all text is aligned, formatted, and presented according to company standards
- Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure the final product meets all requirements
- Review proofs for errors and make necessary corrections
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in typesetting technology

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Typesetter
- Proficiency in typesetting software (Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Knowledge of typography, layout design, and color theory
- Must be able to provide a portfolio showcasing previous typesetting work.
