Solar Installer

We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels and other renewable energy systems. Your main duty will be to safely and efficiently install solar panels on various structures, including roofs and ground-mounted systems. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing any issues that may arise during the installation process.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of electrical systems and be able to read technical diagrams and blueprints. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Additionally, physical fitness is important as this job involves climbing ladders, carrying equipment, and working in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on roofs or ground-mounted systems
- Ensure all installations are completed safely and according to industry standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation
- Use technical diagrams and blueprints to guide installation process
- Work with electrical wiring and components
- Ensure proper grounding of all equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of work area before, during, and after installations
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding project progress

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or vocational training in electrical work preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in solar panel installation
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
