We are hiring a Junior Data Mining Analyst to join our growing team in Vilnius. Responsibilities:
- Utilize data mining techniques to extract and analyze large datasets
- Identify patterns, trends, and insights from the data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide relevant insights
- Develop models and algorithms to optimize processes and improve business performance
- Communicate results and findings through presentations or reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data mining tools such as SQL, Python or R
- Knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner
